Tanay

I graduated with a BSc in Sports Rehabilitation. I have experience working across both clinical and pitch-side environments. I’ve supported athletes at various stages of injury and performance, from return-to-play rehabilitation to match-day care with competitive sports teams including basketball and football. I have worked with the Nottingham Wildcats, with the women's first team, conducting their gym sessions for rehab and being home and away courtside. I have also worked in lacrosse and had the work at Notts County during their pre season testing. Outside of the clinic, I’m highly active and enjoy playing a wide range of sports, with dodgeball being a particular passion of mine as a competitive player. Being involved in sport myself allows me to better understand the physical demands, injury risks, and mental challenges that come with training and competition, which I bring into my rehabilitation approach.
